Didn't receive chips or drink. No pickle at all after ordering extra. Cookies were hard, went in the trash. Sandwich was missing banana peppers, diced pickles, and deli mustard and very little meat. Overall, worst experience with Firehouse. They're usually my go to but definitely not this time. Very disappointing order from Charles Pointe location.

didn't get my chips...didn't get them last time either. seems to be a trend. sandwich is fantastic and the chili is spectacular. just don't make it a combo, 'cause you are NOT going to get your chips.😁

Did not give the right chips, didn't put the bacon on my Mac and cheese that I paid for and completely forgot my one sub and just made two of the other and sent it off with no quality check. You guys used to be phenomenal with the order accuracy, this was WAY off this time. I'll take my business to Jersey Mikes.
