The Fiocchi Pera special was truly one of the best pastas we've ever had, amazing flavor combinations & the pasta itself was great as was the creamy, umami sauce. We hope they have it more often. Italian is our Christmas Eve tradition & Zio Sal's made it great the past two years plus several meals in between. The vegetarian Manicotti con Ricotta was fabulous & honestly more flavorful than the veal Cannelloni which was tasty but needed a little seasoning inside. The sauce was great. Focaccia BreadLimoncello Cheesecake & Pasta e Fagioli Cup are always good & we enjoyed the Mixed Chopped Salad vs a Caeser this time. We also love the pork chop, lamb chops, & gorgonzola chicken dishes.

The food was really good, it arrived hot and was very flavorful. The Burrata Bruschetta however, was such a small portion compared to the picture. it came with 2 small pieces of toast, not 4 and a small plastic container, the kind you use for ketchup, that was about half filled with the tomato mixture. For an appetizer that costs over $20, it was extremely disappointing to not even get enough for everyone.

At $21 per entree (before taxes and delivery fees) for the Spaghetti Bolognese and Spaghetti Carbonara, the amount of food given was pretty awful. The Carbonara didn't even fill the bottom of the container, and the Bolognese wasn't much better.
Taste of the food was also pretty average, nothing special. Will not be coming back.

The Pollo Limone was delicious, a great lemon-wine sauce. The Minestrone Vegetable Soup Cup was amazing as always. the Latte was very good, 12 ounce serving.

It was unique adventure of food. I slightly wish the portion was bigger for the prices and the Margherita Mozzarella crust could have been slightly thicker, but the flavors do help bring it back. They use seasonings in all the right ways and I have to say the balsamic vinegar for the Focaccia Bread was declicious. The Linguine Pesto had a sort of zing to it that makes it slightly unique from other pestos. Overall very good food, but definitely not something if you are on a budget.
