Highl recommend not getting the Texas Brisket Sandwich from this location. Liteterally less than half of the beef than i have received from the other two locations i visit. I thought the first time was a fluke. After the second time of getting about a 50 cent piece circles worth of beef on the entire bagel, that just not worth it.

I loved spending over $40 and having burnt Single Bagel with Shmear and underdone Texas Brisket Sandwich, oh! And our coffees weren't apart of the order. Loved Eistein Bagels but I'm rethinking of ordering ever again.

The Texas Brisket sandwich was tasty, but only had a sprinkling of brisket, like it was added just to provide color. I think there would've been more meat in a slice of bacon. Everything else was spot on and looked exactly like the pictures provided in the menu.

So good they're gone- sorry! Everything about these sandwiches was good from the simple Everything Single Bagel with Shmear, to the creative Maplehouse Egg Sandwich. It's definitely ordered frequently; and it travels well too for bringing it on with you for a morning/ afternoon flight!

I always steer away from bagel shops because every bagel ive ever tried have been a bit hard and I would struggle to take a bite. I decided to give them one more try and im glad it was at Einstein Bros! I ordered the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich and the bagel was so soft and delicious and easy to bite and did I mention delicious? I will definitly be coming back for more!
