Everything from the Single Bagels and Shmear Tubs to the Sea Salt Chips are always top-notch. I will go out of my way to get these, as well as a number of other menu items, when I'm at home and especially when I'm out of town; the taste and quality of an Einstein Bagel and Shmear to start the day always feels like home for me. Thanks, as always, to the great team at the Palatine, Illinois, store for their welcoming, friendly, and just all-around awesome way they interact with customers and each other while going about their duties every day - keep up the great work! 👍👍

Iced Chai Tea Latte was wayyyyyy too sweet and doesn't taste much like chai at all. Couldn't get past two sips. Coffee and bagels are reliably good and consistent, would not recommend the chai.

I order from this store a lot and yet it's hit or miss if I get the correct order. Ordered brunch box for 2 and the all nighter egg sandwich - the main part of the meal- was missing. This happens a lot.
