Beautiful delivered. Did not follow the instructions to make well done and crispy. The crust did have a crunch but it was still a very chewy pizza. I'll have to reheat it in the oven for a better texture.

it's alright... I have another favorite place but this is steps away from the house. Really friendly folks especially the owner who is small in stature but large in professionalism, leadership, and customer service.

My large pepperoni pie arrived fast and hot!. Napoli is one of the best pizza joints in NY. Will order again.
