They did not give me the correct items in my order (wrong drink, wrong side, no sauce). They also failed to include any silverware or napkins, which is very problematic when you order something like poutine. Extremely disappointing considering how long it took them to make it and the cost. No refund for the up charged items from our order that were never delivered!

The coke tastes like a pain relief cream was added. I ordered sprite and not coke plus the coke was spilled on burger

I guess this shop has an issue/ with giving out ketchups. And I got my order with no drink because all my drink spilled due to poor packaging
