I love the Chipotle Chicken Wrap (2) here. I ordered multiple at a time but they like to only include 1 wrap for the 2 pack. If it happened once i'd brush it off but this has now happened multiple times and the refund I receive is nowhere close to what I pay for them. I had just ordered 6 (3, 2 packs) and received 3 wraps and 7.07 as my refund.

Food was cold and old!
chicken was so over cooked i nearly chipped a tooth. fries had to have been at least 4 days old.
