Order was delayed for like an hour (not happy about) but they made the food fresh and timed perfectly so it wasn't cold when it got here!

they need to be a little more liberal with the a&w seasoning. Ive worked for an A&W before. onion rings should be well seasoned and they were not. barely any ketchup on the burgers, all of them. the staff or the owner needs to stop penny pinching when it comes to flavor.

The poutine is not worth the money and is way too small. At that price point, it needs to be at least double in size.

nothing special about food but good example of customer service when the staff called to inform they dont have the requested bun in stock and if I want to replace it with regular one. most eatouts will ignore such things and give you what they have.

Burger tasted old and the patty was oily. The bacon on the Teen Burger® Combo was hard and stale and I could not chew it. I got onion rings too and they smelt terrible and were also stale
