Tonkotsu ShioAdd Garlic Chips It was just OK. Flavorful with fresh ingredients but the portions were not great. Not sure that this Ramen was worth $18 by itself. I honestly don't think that these were 2 separate bowls of Ramen -- i think this was 1 bowl of Ramen broken down into 2 containers for the bogo deal.
Also the meat was not impressive. flavorful but also portion-challenged. i usually don't eat a lot of pork anyway but figured i would try it for the sake of the bogo deal, and i kind of regret not paying $2 more for chicken. The pork round was small and mostly fat based... small amount of meat. And they only provided 1/2 egg -- not even a whole egg.
i just ate all of one of the Ramen bowls and I'm still legitimately hungry... and i usually eat like a bird and always have leftovers. you will not have any leftovers with this bogo deal. bummer

Ngl whoever cooked today made sure everything was beyond the definition of fresh food the broth was so rich and the portion of noodles evenly lined up with the broth so it soaked well.

I was excited to try a new ramen place, but unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. The online menu is misleading. The picture advertising the Spicy Salmon Roll clearly shows 10 pieces, but when the order arrived, each roll only had 5 pieces. This is not disclosed anywhere in the description or the photo. I ordered two Spicy Salmon Rolls for almost $30, expecting 20 pieces, and only received 10 total.
I called the restaurant, and the person who answered said they “now only serve 5 pieces per order,” which was extremely upsetting given the inaccurate advertising.
The ramen itself was bland and lacked flavor. The Crispy Pork Gyoza arrived soggy because the sauce was poured on top instead of being served on the side.
Overall, the food was overpriced, poorly prepared, and falsely advertised. The total order was $65, and it was absolutely not worth it. I will never order from this place again, and I’m writing this review so others don’t get scammed like I did.

I saw the reviews and was excited to try a new ramen place, but was sadly dissapoitned. The Tonkotsu Shio was flavorless and came with an overcooked half egg. The one slice of pork was dry and unseasoned as well. For the price I would recommend JINYA any day. I also recieved a small chopped tuna handroll (3 inches max) instead of the Albacore Donburi. Your money is spent better elsewhere.
