Ok so happy to Finally be writing a GOOD review. This place was AMAZING. to start with the basics the portions were good and fairly priced. The Birria Ramen was delicious HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN COLUMBUS AND I HAVE LITERALLY TRIED THEM ALL. It was actually seasoned unlike most places here. I added chili oil to mine and you could definitely taste it which I truly appreciated with nice big chunks of birria meat. Also the noodles werent mushy like other places. i just wish you could get more optional add ons with it lol. I got the Shrimp Taco, which I'm mad as all get out that I didnt get more. They were fresh and tasted flavorful. The sauce on it was top notch. The Birria Grilled Cheese was also delicious with the chipotle sauce. Everything arrived piping hot and was packaged neatly. You could tell they cook their food with love and care. I will ABSOLUTELY BE ORDERING AGAIN AND IF THEY ARE CONSISTENT LIKE THIS BUDDY IT WILL BE EVERY WEEK LOL DEFINITELY TRY IT Worth every Penny :)

I love their asada tortas and my picky toddler also likes the asada bits she gets that fall during eating. My wife is a seafood fanatic and loves their shrimp tacos. Two fill her up and she normally gets 3 or 4 from other places. The tortas are big enough that I can eat half for dinner and take the other half for lunch. It's still good even when cold the next day.

The Birria Ramen was amazingly perfect and the AJS COMBO was superb. The consomme was perfect, the tacos weren't burnt but cooked perfectly, and the meat was extremely flavorful. also very well packaged!!! Will be ordering again.

The AJS COMBO is always a 10/10. Make sure you get salse verde and lime
The Esquite De Birria was a perfect balance of flavor and the birra meat is a great addition.
The Steak Taco / Taco De Asada) is a classic you cant go wrong with it.

I dont usually write door dash reviews ever but this was some of the best food i've had out of a ghost kitchen.
Chicken Quesadilla has amazing flavor and the sauces they give are well made and have good heat.
the Birria Ramen was everything I needed to help kick the final stuffy days of a lingering cold. Great spicy broth.
Only thing I wish is that they would put ramen noodles seperate from broth but thats not a huge complaint considering this isnt a ramen shop
