AMAZING CHICKEN!!!!
the sauce is just perfect for everything it goes with. I usually get the onion rings and fries and smother it with the sauce

I ordered through DoorDash. The chicken was not fully cooked. The sauce meant for the chicken was missing, and instead they sent salad dressing by mistake. Completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from El Carbon again.

The Quarter Chicken was authentic and well seasoned. Will definitely order again. I just wish they would join the DashPass program.
