Normally the food is great, however almost done with the Chimichanga Seasoned Ground Beef and we notice the beef was not cooked all the way. I do think this was a "one off", the rest of the food was good and generally has been consistently good.

Unless we just ordered too late in the evening (ordered at 7:50p; food arrived at 8:30p) to get good food or the menu has changed since the last I ate there, the food was underwhelming whch is disappointing as it has tasted good in the past. The borracho beans tasted like ranch style beans out of the can. The chips had stale taste to them. The guacamole tasted spoiled and had a funky aftertaste. However, the Fajitas Chicken were cooked well and the rice too. Elia's Plate Taco contained a crispy taco with just meat and no cheese. I'm sure I won't order here again for a while.

lettuce on the Bowl Chicken Fajita was rotten, Fajitas Combo was burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside,salsa doesn't taste good and chips were stale. very disappointing. rice and beans don't taste good.

Fajitas Pork was wonderful! And the Queso Cup surprised me by being real cheese instead of that cheese soup stuff a lot of places use. Very nice! I'll order here again for sure!
