I got the Chick-in-Waffle Sandwich . The chicken was cooked very well, and the waffles were light and fluffy. Also got a side of Grits The grits were prepared nicely and had a pleasant flavor. I wish I had ordered an additional waffle to enjoy with the coconut syrup, which was quite tasty.

Food was high quality and made with love. The Surf n' Bird Burrito had a perfect bite every time. I DoorDash all the time and it was my first. Can't wait to have it again. Burrito was filling.

The fries were really good, seasoned very well. The chicken sandwich was smaller than I expected and was bland and dry. I expected more flavor, but either there was not enough sauce in the sandwich, or it just isn't very flavorful.

the chicken was tender and juicy but lackrd flavor and instead of syrup for the waffle i got a tiny little thing of white sweet sauce thatbarely wet my waffle. the chicken sauce wasn't flavorful either.

Got the value meal and a side of eggs for my first time going. Placed and order and it was ready when I got there. I was greeted w a smile, the food was fresh w nice portions.
I would definitely eat here again. Coconut syrup was amazing too.
Nice to have another place to eat in San Diego.
