I got lemon pepper hot wings and fries. Delivered fast, hot, and delicious. They followed instructions well (ex: Drums only, No ice in the peach drink). Bonus points for good packaging (ex: drink in a bag, tied so I can easily open it)

Usually have good experience with American Deli but this chicken philly was terrible. Very little meat that was so dark it looked like beef, there were more onions and peppers than meat and it was all very salty. Maybe cooked on dirty grill? I was only able to eat part of it. Unfortunate since so expensive these days.

I usually have a good experience but today the french fries and wings were both cooked until they were hard and brittle. It was readily apparent that they were very overcooked and should not have been served. They were too expensive to not even be edible. The chicken philly was good though.

I typically always enjoy my food from American Deli but geez these wings look like they came off of a quail. They were soooo small! so small they all fit in the side dish cavity and they had to fill the rest of the box with fries that also had no seasoning on them. For the price that was quite disappointing.

The chicken I got was little to no meat on the bone. Fries had no seasoning in very dissapointed I paid $16 for 6 pieces of straight bone.
