Cookies are good prepackaged and sent from a dash mart but solid ingredients and tasted great especially after 10 sec in the microwave

I have had app cookies before that were sold at a different location and bought in person. I LOVED them. All 3 of the cookies I tried today were really disappointing. They tasted stale or maybe like the plastic they were packed in. I know either way they tasted very different than my previous experiences with this brand and makes me hesitant to purchase again.

The cookies were a frozen rock hard. They are very small. I will never order from them again. Very disappointing!

I was a little disappointed because all but 1 of the cookies that I ordered were frozen. It would help to manage expectations by noting that in the description. The one that I could eat right out of the bag tasted great.
