The cookies are prepackaged and not baked fresh. They are softer if you microwave them, but for the price, I would rather just get cookies that are baked the same day!

These cookies are terrible DO NOT ORDER.  They are prepackaged and obviously have been lying around. They ship them from North Carolina.  The only way to eat a truly premium cookie is the one that is baked the same day. Don't waste your money on these dry disgusting cookies.
