The burger was excellent, but they should've popped a few holes in the plastic lid so the fries would have not been so soggy

I remember Applebees being so much better. I barely got any chips, my drink was gross (I got a Shirley temple), the soda in it was flat and nasty. The food portions were just small for what you're paying for and doesn't even taste that appetizing

Sirloin was rubbery and not very flavorful. Cinnabon® Mini Swirls were left in way too long and came very burnt to the point of charcoal bits and cream cheese dip was only partially filled. We order from here often. They struggle to keep food hot.

The chicken fingers were burnt.
The chicken on the salad was also burnt, and the salad had cabbage in it, and some was lettuce, but it was rotten

Pub pretzels were burnt and i did not receive the cheese or mustard. Chicken ranch sandwich had no ranch. Chicken wontons had burnt wonton wrappers. Overall poor experience
