I just had to do a review tonight because I'm so pleasantly surprised. The food was so fresh and it tasted so good! It was like I was sitting down at the restaurant. I always get the same thing, Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp but I also got the The Classic Combo for late night snacking tonight. Thanks Doordash for the free Express service tonight. I do believe it makes a difference.

I feel like paying over 60 dollars for a meal for two should at least feed us twice if it isn't going to be that good. The soup is tiny and the "crouton" was a stale bottom hamburger bun. Probably not the kitchen staffs fault I feel like the franchise sucks at anything that isn't an appetizer or an alcoholic beverage. Also it was cold because no one was at the window. Understaffed, probably.
The manager sure popped up fast to jump on the women coming in for shift change though telling them to 'hurry up and clock in'. Not sure where she was when I pulled up the the Togo window 15 minutes before. I even backed up a few times in case there was a bell they didn't hear. I feel cheated out of my money. Just bought cold prefab garbage that was sold at the same price as roadhouse or longhorn. Never again.

To start with who puts hot food in same bag with cold food? The fish and chips was placed on top of ice cream which was melted when I received it. The fish and chips was horrible. The fries tasted like they were 3 days old. The fish which is supposed to be a white fish was anything but white. It was actually gray and not flaky at all.

The brownie bite was good, the ice cream packed in the same bag as warm foods was already melted.Kids Grilled Chicken Alfredo was very good.

Ordered the aappetizer trio and it was ok. Ordered the rib plate with fries and slaw. The ribs were good. We didn't get the slaw. The fries were ok but we didn't get any ketccup. The worse thing was we didn'tget any forks, spoons, knives, or napkins so it was pretty messy to eat. if you orderbe sure and ask for plastic ware.
