Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was delicious and nicely prepared. I order the brownie bites which came with a scoop of ice cream however, it was milk on arrival due to the preparer placing it in the same bag as the HOT food. Separate bags for dessert next time AppleBee's...Please & Thank You!

Best bang for the buck.
Excellent all around.
Burger was not cooked to death.
Riblets could use a little more broiler time.

My wife and I were once fans of Applebee's until five or so years ago when each order was smaller and of lower quality than before. After all those years for my 74th birthday dinner we hoped things might have changed. They have. They have gotten worse.
We ordered things we once truly enjoyed and were highly disappointed. The portions were even smaller. The Bourbon Street Steak I used to enjoy was stringy, full of white sinew. It also had very chewy sections that were not fat nor anything I could immediately idendtify. The steak was hard to cut with a properly sharpened chef's knife on a cutting board.
With delivery and Door Dash "Service Fees" and driver tip this pretty submediocre special Birthday dinner was well over eitghy dollars and were we younger and physically could go out more, we could have had a similar meal at a top steak house. I don't know that I would ever give Applebee's another chance.

I purchased 2 mountain dews and both were short changed. The cups of Fountain Drinks were not a full-sized medium drink, it was about 3-5 inches less than full and for almost $4 a pop, they SHOULD have been full. My husbandjoyed the burger but the Fountain Drinks not so much

The chicken tenders are bland and small, the steak is supposed to be medium but instead is medium well at best, dry and bland.
