I was so pleased with this meal. To often I spend too much money on food im disappointed by but this was so good. The Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was hot and fresh, the portions were perfect. Also the Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders was so creamy. We ate everything!

I've ordered the chicken and shrimp combo several times and it has always been good. Lots of food for the money. I always have left-overs.

The steak is PERFECT! Cooked exactly how I wanted it, which i feel like never happens. The loaded mashed potatoes and cheesy broccoli were incredible. The chips and questo came with a ton of each.

I called and talked to Chris the manager. I asked why they (genius) put the cold with hot food & he said that's what we do. I said well my food was cold on top and bottom. The bag was barely closed they could've done 2 bags but he didn't seem to like my suggestion. he said you can put special requests on order. I said it wouldn't let me .. I shouldn't have to call to ask for food to be separated by temperature. He gave me a store credit but it was more about the awareness not the money. please do better by your customers. yes I've worked in the food industry and customer service I'd never mix them it's like putting a pint of ice cream with a hot rotisserie chicken.
