All the bread sweet bread, bolillos and tamales are super good freshly made every day, super tasty.

The churros were sweet and had great texture. The sweet potato empanadas and pumpkin empanadas were very good but didn't have the flavor you'd intuitively expect. I like to dunk the conchas in milk for two seconds. If you want Mexican bakery items, this should be high on your list

Purchased a dozen tamales and a dozen assorted pastries for pick-up through Door Dash in celebration of a co-worker's birthday. A co-worker picked up the order because she lives close to this location.
Tamales were spicy, but not particularly flavorful and mostly masa - the little meat(dark meat chicken?) that was present in the tamales was a mystery in terms of color, texture and taste.
We were given a dozen cookies instead of the assorted pastries/sweet bread that we ordered and the co-worker who picked up asked multiple times why we were receiving cookies and not sweetbread and was told that is what we purchased although it was clear that the receipt and order details showed otherwise. There is not even an option to purchase a dozen cookies as a single line item on Door Dash. Further, the cookies did not deliver on flavor or texture and are absolutely not priced the same as the sweetbread. If the location was closer and the cost of these could not be expensed, I would've taken this back to the store and demanded a refund.
I'm bummed. A trusted co-worker suggested this restaurant and stated that they were faithful to this location. We went out of our way to purchase from this store as a treat for our co-worker's birthday. We celebrate birthdays often and I was looking forward to adding Arandas Bakery to our rotation. However, based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to this store and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bread was burnt. Cookies broken. And I got the cheapest flavored. Variety should represent a true variation of "sweet bread". I got COOKIES and bland muffins. I know door dash is pricier. But $44 total spent for this? Very disappointed.

Every single time I order tamales 🫔 they're always fresh, hot and I DO MEAN TASTY. I am trying not to order any right now!!!! lol
