This is my favorite ramen restaurant in Seattle. The black garlic oil is so flavourful and the thick noodles are so delicious

I order the spicy R8 Spicy TanTan Ramen all the time and its always delicious! But i was disappointed by the B2 Honey Garlic Karaage Bowl. It was the tiniest portion ive ever seen, and I definitely do not think its worth the $10+ they charge for it.

The broth arrived separately from the other ingredients which is always appreciated so the foods is still served fresh! Mild spicy is as expected-- just a touch of flavor but still easily edible. I'd actually be willing to consider trying the medium for an extra kick. Enough food that could be shared for me or leftovers are always appreciated. If there's room for improvement, I think it could use a larger serving of protein, so maybe consider adding an extra protein to your order.

This is the best ramen! Anytime I order ramen from a different place I'm disappointed. But Arashi is always solid. The R4 Spicy Miso Ramen is my favorite. I add an extra egg and fried onions. The add ons are too pricey in my opinion, but I just can't resist!

The Spicy miso tonkatsu is my favorite. But is too spicy for a hangover. However, the black garlic ramen is PERFECT. They're both amazing. The karaage chicken is also amazing. Both styles. I love Arashi!
