I am very impressed today was the first time ever that I have ever ordered from Arby's and actually received every single thing correctly and complete first time I ever ordered a milkshake and it was the correct flavor most of the times it's not nearly the correct flavor last time I ordered a strawberry and I got a vanilla time after that I ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla milkshake I actually got marinara with my mozzarella sticks that's a first and I got coupons wow it must have some new management up there I got to say you guys doing a good job PS the strawberry milkshake is delicious and I love the French dip

The Beef & Cheddar had one piece of Roast beef, and they used a rock-hard piece of cheddar cheese instead of the cheddar that was supposed to be on it. I could not even eat anything. It looked extremely old

The steak nuggets were burnt and very tough to eat. I ended up not eating very much of the meal. I did order this same meal before and it was pretty good.

our roast Half Pound Beef 'n Cheddar was disgusting. the meat was old and smelled sour. it was also cut very thick.

my order was just about perfect, but there's always that one little thing that they forget... and today it was the cup of cheese that I paid extra for.... and it's not the first time they forgotten that... I actually kicked myself for ordering it because I've paid for it before and not received it also... otherwise all good
