• 10/6/26Arby's is always fantastic. Food is fresh and tastes so good. Order is always correct with all sauces and special requests fulfilled. Made and packaged with care. The French Dip Royale is incredibly DELICIOUS! I wish this would be a permanent menu option. We really love it.

• 27/2/24Arby's: Absolutely unbelievably disgusting! I feel actually violated; ripped off; very disappointing and clearly these items are geared for one purchase only with no desire for any return orders. It is actually shocking when you realize the size of the items for the prices paid.
So first there is just the basic disappointment. I haven't had an Arby's Beef and Cheddar for many years, and lately I had been thinking about how much I would love to have one. It took awhile to convince myself that it would be worth the $30 it would cost to order it through Door Dash, but I decided to splurge and get it. And I decided to do it right and include an order of curly fries to go with it, and I also decided to splurge and get an extra container of the cheese sauce.
So, I ordered the small sized curly fries for $4.19. In my mind's eye I figured an order of curly fries that cost $4.19 would be about one cup of fries.
I also ordered the extra "cup" of cheese sauce at a price of $1.69. This item is described in the Arby's menu as a "cup of cheddar cheese sauce," and I naturally expected it to be at least 3/4 to 1 cup of sauce.
I was shocked when I opened the package and discovered that I had paid $4.19 for what amounted to about 1/2 cup of fries. To make matters worse, they were not curly fries, and they were so overfried that they were totally inedible. So I had paid over $4 for about 1/2 cup of crunchy sticks that could not even be eaten.
I was also shocked to find that the "cup of cheese sauce" that I paid $1.69 for amounted to approximately one tablespoon of cheese sauce in a container which was the size of extra condiments given out by most fast food restaurants for free.
Lastly, the only good thing about the sandwich was the onion bun. The bun was soft and fresh, but the contents seemed to have been made a long time ago, and there was nothing fresh about it.
I am absolutely disgusted with what I received from Arby's. Totally ripped off!!!

• 22/6/26the one thing I have to say about the Angus cheesesteak is where's the beef, very disappointed. the peach cobbler rolls , on the other hand , were delicious
