The chicken and ranch were good but the shell was hard almost as if they were stale. Good size wrap for the price it was, definitely not ordering again unless a new pack of wraps are open in front of me.

Got the country rib sandwich there were 2 pieces of meat that only covered half the bun and forgot the sauce. Definitely not worth the $9 for this sandwich

We love Arby's and the food we received was really good, however our order was missing an entire sandwich. We didn't even receive the Classic Roast Beef. we got 2 medium fries, the Chicken Cordon Bleu and two drinks. Would be great to receive refund for the sandwich not received.

Normally my food is pretty good and made correctly. This time it was just not great. They forgot the sauces for the double Double Beef 'n Cheddar (mainly the cheddar was forgotten) and when I asked for cups of cheddar on the side, they gave me about one little pump of cheese. The sandwich was just not great. The Orange Cream Shake was the best part of the meal.

my Smokehouse beef and cheddar was nothing but a regular beef and cheese sandwich. it had a little barbecue sauce squirted on top of it and about three little slivers of onion fries. the edges of the beef were all dried up. It was supposed to be on a special Toasted Bun but it was just on a hamburger bun. very disappointed and I won't order it again.
