the mozzarella sticks were perfect still hot and gooey. the Double Roast Beef was stacked and excellent. the REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Cookie was HUGE and soft.

The Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.) were good, hot, crisp, and gooey, and the Jamocha shake was cold and tasty, however the large fries were clearly old with how dry and cold and two of the Chicken Tenders (3 ea.) were in a similar disappointing state.

lately, I find myself being served stale and cold Curly Fries (Large)... every order.Chicken Tenders (5 ea.) are either getting more heavily breaded these days... or they have been refried before being served... Still nowhere near as good as the chicken nuggets Arbys used to have.
The Jamocha Shake, or any Shake for that matter, keep getting smaller.
It appears that Arbys is going full corporation, sacrificing quality to reduce costs and increasing prices.
time to choose somewhere else to order food from.

The curly fries were very good and crispy. And the mozzarella sticks were AMAZING. Came hot and fresh and the cheese pulled with every bite. Definitely recommend the mozzarella sticks!

the brisket sandwich was actually the worst part of the order. Was very dry (no sauce) and the bun tasted stale. the jalapeño poppers and jamocha shake was really good. I'll try one last time to get a good order from Arby's.
