Flake was great cooked perfectly still crispy but not overdone. Chips were also very good cooked perfectly not over fried. Would liketo have had lemon and some chicken salt on the chips.

flake was great, large size. the steak sandwichwas absolutelyhorrible.the meat was so so so chewy it destroyedthe whole sandwich. it was unable to eat the meatit was that chewy. absolutely disappointing as your steak sandwich used to be good👎

Quality has definitely gone down. Tasteless pattie, tiny piece of grilled flake, dry chicko roll and very overpriced. Americana HamburgerGummy Flake. Won't be ordering again which is disappointing as it used to be great.

Consistently good chips. Love the onion rings - genuine onion in batter (and massive). Has quickly become my go-to shops for Fish & Chips. Only ever had one issue with the Mars Bar in batter where the batter wasn't quite cooked (some clumps of flour) but compared to other places, it wouldn't stop me from ordering when I'm in the mood for fish and chips :)

Great portion size and you can tell the oil is good quality as the batter and chips are always nice and airy. Single PackSavloy
