Incredible meal, great cut of steak and a great price. Puts everywhere else in this area to shame!

Maybe it's because of how hyped up it was but the burger is nothing special. It's not bad, I like the bun and sauce on it, but the beef patties feel very pre-formed with a texture that doesn't feel like fresh ground beef that you'd get from higher quality burger patties. Maybe it's bc of the extremely high volume of burgers they have to put out but it seems they've chosen quantity over quality here. Also, the fries were under salted, if at all, and did not come with any aioli. The fries, even after adding salt myself and making my own sauce still leave much to be desired. They do give a good amount of fries. I'm sure their other menu items are great and maybe it's all better in person but for the price I cannot recommend the burger or fries for delivery.

I practically dream about Au Cheval daily and have endulged at the original in Chicago multiple times. It's simply the best burger in existence. That said, I was a bit squeamish about ordering the "takeout version" of the Classic Au Cheval Double Cheeseburger but it held up decently for delivery. No doubt the 'sit down' version would be superior.
The French Fries probably could have been left off my order, I remember them being a bigger star of the meal.

this burger and fries for $60? this is why you shouldnt believe the hype. shake shack is 1000% better than this.

the burger was nothing special it was definitely over hyped and the fries was very salty to top it all off the prices on the food here definitely not worth it!I predict this place wont last very long.
