Chile Relleno with Cheese . When I think about this dish I think plump roasted chili's, stuffed with cheese and fried with just a hint of sauce. This isn't that. It was drowned in sauce until it was unrecognizable. Soggy, with a clump of cheese inside and absolutely no spice or flavor. Rice and beans as well, no spice or even salt. Don't bother.
