Food was great and sandwich is massive. cheese sauce was more like melted American cheese instead of nacho cheese sauce but still good

got it not spicy w/ bacon + cheese, no pickles. it did still have a kick to it w/ being spicy. i thought the serving size would be to small but i struggled to finish it. it's 1.5-2 servings for sure. i would say, without the add ons, its worth the price even though i wouldn't typically pay this much for just one item. the flavor is really good, up there with chick fila. i would go back to try the spicy version. it maintained a decent freshness to where when I ate it at home,the temperature was good and the bread wasn't soggy, the chicken was still crispy. my only complaint: they don't allow you to put the special sauce on the side in special instructions.

The bacon was really hard this time around and the chicken was a bit overcooked, but it was overall fresh. I didn't get it with cheese this time. Get the cheese if you like cheese bc the sandwich needs a binder. Otherwise, it just falls apart unfortunately. The flavors are tasty. I didn't enjoy the hot breaded chicken flavor. It was just okay, but the spice level was appropriately hot (not mild). I wouldn't recommend it if you can't tolerate spicy foods. The Secret Sauce is always amazing. I wish they would put more on the actual sandwich bc it comes out on the dry side even with the slaw. I got a side sauce which saved it for me bc it's too dry otherwise. The Hot Chick Combo doesn't come with a drink. For the price, I think it should be part of your meal. I love this place for the unique flavors, but I think the portion sizes and associated pricing needs adjustment. Parking is free for pickup orders, validated inside the restaurant. This is my 3rd time here I think. 7/10 is my rating

the BBMC Combo is legit 3 pressed chicken nuggets, and I ordered it "hot" but the flavor is barely there. it also shows slaw on the sandwich, but it came on shredded lettuce. Sorely disappointing, especially for the price

Literally AMAZING!!! The Sweet Potato Fries were crispy and delicious
