I stopped by Bagels ’n Grinds at 9812 Falls Road in Potomac for the first time today, and wow—what a fantastic spot! My bagel was fresh, delicious, and hit all the spot!.
What really made the experience special was the store manager, Andy. There was a small mix-up with my order, but Andy jumped right in, resolved it quickly and professionally, and made sure I left happy. He was super friendly, genuinely caring, and made me feel valued as a new customer. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention these days, and it turned a good visit into a great one.
The place has a nice vibe and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this Potomac location if you’re craving authentic bagels, great coffee, or a solid breakfast/lunch spot. Thanks, Andy and the team—you’ve got a new regular!

I'm a bagel lover and I didn't get what I ordered. The Custom Breakfast Sandwich was missing the bacon and clearly, they didn't follow my order instructions. The assorted Bulk Bagel order was missing some of the flavors and the bagels were dry. They did, however, slice them like I asked. Don't order the cinnamon sugar bagel. It was dry with an artificial taste and the sugar was crystally, like those generic artifial cookies you buy at the grocery store. The only thing I did like was the 8oz Lox Cream Cheese. It has real pieces of Lox in it but not enough pieces. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Hash brown is just a fried frozen hash brown patty. Not even as good as McDonald's.

My bagel was burnt! Very very burnt & hard. Like borderline inedible burnt..
