• 9/12/24The Mochaccino muffin was great, but is sugar-laden. I'd stop by for one or have orders placed more if it contained reduced sugar or sweetness in the crumble. The salmon was too salty, the lowfat spreads delish, but the whole wheat bagels, the only kind I order, were too doughy to be a top NYC bagel shop bagel that's meant to have a bite and chewiness to the crust. They tasted pre-packaged. I've had their bagels in the past and they always tasted like NYC bagels with a crust. Great delivery service when it's delivered by their own people.

• 20/6/25Will never order from here again. Thought I was getting a toasted bagel with cream cheese and lox as shown in photo. Instead received stale bagel that was hard to chew and was overly saturated with cream cheese and surprise no lox. Only saving grace was the additional 1/4 lb lox that I ordered.
