am a vegan and I love the option of being able to choose what I want in my food. I'm obsessed with their nacho burrito and their guacamole is good, too. I'm Mostly impressed with how hot the food is when it arrives. It makes me wonder how other establishments that are closer to my workplace send out cold food. I am impressed and I will continue to order here regularly.

Poco Fuego Burrito is the best burrito option! the Los Gatos Baja Fresh location is the best place for Baja Fresh food, far better than other locations!! nicest staff and they follow directions perfectly!! Also their salsa bar is better!

Did not provide smashed beans as requested. Did not put cojita cheese on the whole beans that were provided . Only 5 total shrimp in fajita order. No salsa verde provided as requested. Steak was dry and unseasoned. You've done better in the past.

The vegetables were blanched and not grilled, the chicken was pale, dry and bland. The pinto beans were ordered as smashed, but they were whole. The entire dish was hidden beneath a pile of congealed. It was as if they attempted to hide the less than desirable meal beneath the mountain of cheese. Will not order again.

Salsa Verde tastes like water. Did not send the red salsa requested. Asked for flour tortillas, received corn. Supposed to be fajitas barely any veggies. Guacamole has zero flavor.
