i love this place ! always consistent with flavor and ratios, super delicious & fresh too! the Quesabirria is my go to here, and the Chips & Salsa are always amazing when fresh.

i love this place ! i get it both delivered and i pick it up, and it is consistently as warm and fresh no matter what !! the portions are pretty big so i usually dont even get the chips haha but when i do they are sooo good with the salsa i recommend

got another Rice Bowl today it was super delicious ! Again, very consistent and fresh. Something that makes me feel good to eat and doesn't make me feel super blaoted and stuff later. Definitely a favorite.

The Buffalo chicken fingers basket was fresh, more than enough for one person, and was really really good! Definitely would order again!

i feel like this is my third bajas review and every single time i am not disappointed! so good, so fresh, i love the portion size, & the birria is so so good no matter what dish its in. rhe one complaint i have about this place is the limit to the toppings in the Rice Bowl because i dont usually put rice or beans so its more of a salad for me & i'd like to be able to add everything to that opposed to ordering the SM. Sour Cream on the side.
