the best cheese steak I've had outside philly , great bread great quality ingredients and they're not stingy with the meat 10/10

Was famished, and decided to check this place out. It had been a while since I had a cheesesteak. This thing hit on all levels. A really good size; perfectly cheesy with nice, crisp white onions. The sesame seed roll was great too. No complaints. I was very satisfied.

The best tasting cheesesteak The Balboa ever! The Chicken Cheesesteak was pretty good but The Balboa is it! Fresh and large portions! The Cheese Fries could have been a bit more cheesier but if you're looking to share, purchase one because they give you an enormous amount of fries! It's wonderful lol! We will always purchase from here! If you haven't tried this restaurant yet, do it!

Cheesesteak (The Balboa) and fries are delcious, it felt like I was eating something out of Philly, not Newark, DE. Right amount of greasy (soaking the paper, but not too much), perfect amount of flavor, just what I wanted

Wow...best Cheesesteak in Delaware. Bread is perfect, generous meat portion and spot on with the cheese. 1st bite to the last...every single bite the same. New favorite for us
