This is fantastic hibachi - it's certified halal and the quality and portion size is well worth the price. I highly recommend for anyone looking to grab a late night bite - the steak offerings are very high quality.

This place is amazing! I eat this every Friday night they are open! I normally go with the steak and chicken hibachi. The meat is cooked perfectly and has so much flavor with the sauce! The fried rice is also delicious and has a nice firm texture! The veggies are also fresh and taste great! The portions you get are definitely worth the price too! Please support bamboo hibachi!

This is probably one of the best hibachi places I've been to, and for it to be a food truck says a lot! The food is absolutely delicious, the steak is cooked to perfection, the rice has amazing flavor, veggies are great. 10/10 food! Will definitely be back.

Words cannot describe how delicious my Teriyaki Fillet Mignon was. It was so juicy and flavorful and the sauce was so delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. I loved it. I am eating as I type this and I will be back for more.

This food was so good and fresh.
The portion size was great . This taste was delicious . I left a note for them to put some mushrooms and jalapeños, and my food and they were able to do that. Make sure you try it with the spicy Bamboo Spicy Teriyaki. I ordered the Teriyaki Salmon yes, I will order this again.
