They're absolutely delicious! My only issue is they are super small almost mini sized so order a higher count!

There was so much checks of fat in it and there was also small pieces of what seemed to be bones. Just overall a horrible taste, especially after they raised their prices.

for a place that focuses on barbacoa i found the varbacpa itself to be pretty middle of the road. pretty flavor less. nor stickiness to the meat itself like you would expect. 0 smokey barbecue flavor you would expect out of a barbacoa. it didn't taste awful but it was pretty bland. everything else was good. the consume and the salsas all good. I think if you are going to base your entire existence off of borbacoa you need to get that part right...
