Honey Roasted Turkey Sandwich was good! My dasher let me know they were out of an item that I ordered, and so the restaurant substituted it for something that cost less. Not sure why I did not get a price refund for this or an equally priced item(s) to make up for this inconvenience?

probably my favorite Toledo based restaurant. it's good literally every single time. The bagels are extremely fresh and the sandwich is filling.

Paid EXTRA for for two different 8oz sides and didn't receive either of them. Instead two different 4oz sides that were the original size for the meal. This is the third time in a row at Berry Bagels my food that I paid extra for isn't there or wrong. Really need to train employees on throughly reading orders and not rushing through.

My $11 chicken salad on a bagel sandwich had no more than a tablespoon of chicken salad on it. It was not the lunch size but the full size sandwich. The bagels were thrown in a bag together, savory with sweet and the cream cheese container thrown on top of the bagels. It was overflowing so the top came off and crumbs seeds all over cream cheese, the container and the bag as well as the bagels. The order was over $43 with tip. I'm not a complainer, but come on..... someone take some pride.

The Honey Roasted Turkey on a double toasted everything is soooo good! And every single time. The order is always correct as well.
