The Basha's on 13 mile is amazing! This Basha's on Gratiot is absolutely horrible! I've tried this location 2 different times, hoping they would get better. Unfortunately today my order was not correct again. I'm sad to say, I will not be back.

$18 for only 1 piece of fish and two pieces of chicken not worth it. The description says side included but there was no side. I also orderd a large coleslaw but two small ones were given. $60 for lunch that was not worh it. Make the descriptions match what you get.

I didn't get half of my order, the breaded mushrooms or the crab cake. I paid $40 for the order.
I had to call 3 times before I talked to a human. It sounded like there was another angry customer there in person, who didn't get what he ordered either. Then I was told that the crab cakes were not even on the menu. I got told to call back in the morning to talk to Moe.
Fix your menu!
I got charged for it.
The food I did receive, the breaded Chicken Sandwich was delicious and the 313 sauce was bomb.
I have not been compensated for the food I ordered. Nor have I received any communication or apologies for the mess up.
Unfortunately, as good as the chicken sandwich was between 2 people, I will NEVER give them business again.

This was our first time ordering and the catfish and wings were excellent!! Potatoes and coleslaw too. Beats KFC 100% and all chicken in Macomb County
