I called the store because Chocolate chip was not on the menu so I put an order in for vanilla shake but really wanted chocolate chip. She told me not to worry she would make sure I got chocolate chip. She looked at the DoorDash menu for her store and couldn't understand why chocolate chip was not listed. Excellent customer service

Terrible portions. Ordered 2 3 Scoop Sundaes and got 1 and a half scoops in each one. Ordered fudge, got no fudge! 2 sundaes for $25 and should have gotten someone who cared enough about their job to do it correctly

For $10 per item, the least they could do is fill the cup. If you go to the store it's a full cup, but somehow for deliveries it's ok to skimp out on the product.

I ordered 2 triple scoops but they must have used the kids scoop. All six scoops did not even fill one triple scoop cup. Ridiculous for the price they charge. They need to have quality control
