Every single time I've ordered from this store, they've confirmed the order, then called to say they were out of at least one of the flavors I ordered. In one case, they confirmed an order of a banana split, then called to say they were out of bananas. So the ice cream is fine, but the chance of getting what you order is negligible.

I got a milk. Yet I ordered and paid for Chocolate Chip ice cream. It's my favorite ever. So disappointed. Baskin Robins Chocolate Chip ice cream is still the best ice cream made.

Ordered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and received Mint Chocolate Chip, which I cannot eat. This is the second time I've ordered Cookie Dough and received the wrong flavor, if they do not have the flavor in stock they should call to make sure a substitute is alright to make sure the customer isn't stuck paying for a flavor that they will have to throw away.
