This Baskin & Robins has always been the best. Especially when the one girl who worked Monday night on 12/22/25 and the person who worked Tuesday night on 12/23/25 always do an excellent job! I went in personally on 12/22/25 and she was and has been so professional, very kind, and always does a great job putting the order together. Im not sure if it's the same girl on 12/23 as I received this order through DD. It's always packaged perfectly, and again attention to detail is really important and she gets things right each time. She deserves a raise! It's difficult to find decent, hardworking people anymore. You found this person though. I suggest you keep her before she moves on to much better!!

Fresh packed used to mean that the quart was full and the last few times I've ordered fresh packed, there have been large empty spaces and it's never filled to the top. I was disappointed and there were very few pralines in my pralines and cream. I would not order again.

I got a two scoop brownie Brownie Sundae. There was not nearly enough toppings and there is no way to ask for extra. I won't be ordering again, especially for the amount of money it was. I ended up pay $21. That's just too much.
