Tasted like they dumped the entire hot fudge container in my ice cream. Still loved it.

A order of 2 different customized banana split. The first one was missing caramel and pineapple toppings and the almond nuts tasted old on the 2nd banana split. We were disappointed with presentation and expectations weren't fulfilled.

I don't know what is going on but when I order a double scoop I get a single scoop and it's been the wrong flavor. Twice… But I ordered a triple scoop it came as a double so one flavor was left out. Interesting

This is the 2nd time now ordering an Oreo milkshake and they only give me a single scoop "substitution". How is a single scoop a substitute for a $7 milkshake? I am beyond heated

Unfortunately we received the incorrect ice cream flavors. I ordered 2 scoops and they sent 1 scoop with the incorrect flavor. The brownie sundae came with only one flavor. I'll never order from this store again.
