Good ice cream! They were out of many items, but our order was well-packaged and still cold when it got to us. Alien and Unicorn sundaes were pitiful tiny scoops, even for kids. WAY overpriced.

Banana split had no bananas. Ordered vanilla and chocolate ice cream, got vanilla and strawberry. Should have hot fudge but it is missing. Basically 4 scoops of ice cream with very little strawberry and marshmallow sauce. This is not a banana split!!

They dont fill it to the top. I work at an ice cream shop myself and half the time the ice cream is almost overflowing. For almost $17, I expected better than this. On top of that, there is hardly any pecans in the pralines & cream. Very disappointed.

Said they ran out of OREO® Cookie ½ Sheet Cake and they gave me two options and I chose the chocolate chips cake but tbh the design looks so... disappointing. Don't really care about the price difference but come on!

I ordered a 2 Scoop sundae and only received one scoop. They don't even fill the cup up . When I called to make them aware of the mess up, a guy who was extremely rude answered the phone and stated that he made my order and basically called me a liar, and told me to dispute it with door dash . I asked for his name , the manager and the corporate office phone number and then he hung up on me . This is a terrible location with extremely poor customer service !!! Never again will I order from here !
