Even though they rarely have the ice cream and toppings we order, the flavors they do have, are on point and taste delish! Ice cream is always fresh and the sundae size is HUGE! Will def order again, but BR STAY BETTER STOCKED IN YOUR IC FLAVORS!!

I have gotten the triple scoop many times and this time it was considerably smaller than every other time for the same price

The sundaes were smaller than advertised, missing whipped cream, and did not have layers of fudge or peanut butter... we also did not receive root beer as we paid for.

I'm going to be very direct at this point the owner of this Baskin-Robbins in needs to be evaluated. They are franchise they buy into and their representation there is poor of Baskin and Robbins. They never have any or most of the flavors they advertise. Second look at the photo I am presenting, they didn't even have the appropriate container so they shoved a sundae in a cup; looks super appetizing, doesn't it? I've reported this to DoorDash. They should consider removing themselves or maybe considering selling to somebody who is interested in giving appropriate service, having the product, and caring. This is no reflection on the employees that work there, but the owner who is fully aware of the shortage of items continuously.
