Brownie Sundae incorrect ice cream flavor. Got vanilla instead of Pralines, but was good!

it was the 3rd time they delivered the reuses pieces sunday with no hot fudge just peanut butter I'm never ordering delivery from this place again the brownie Sunday was no better hardly any ice cream just nasty old tasting brownie and a ton of whip cream with more dried out ancient brownie flakes on top shame for a new place they sure are making a bad reputation for themselves do better Baskin hire compentent workers

third time ordering from here. last time they forgot the hot fudge and caramel for both sundaes - oreo and cookie dough. this time they forgot the caramel for the cookie dough and the kataifi for the dubai chocolate. for the price, it is not worth ordering from if they consistently forget the most important ingredients. hard pass

According to my Dasher it took them 40 Minutes to make my sundae. She also said these workers spent a lot of time in the back and were just rude.There were only two people in front of her and they just took their time slacking off in the back. She sad she is going to report the store because they were so rude and unprofessional.

The ice cream scoops were very small. The ice cream was NOT topped with reeses and there is NOhot fudge at all. Do NOT recommend purchasing from here. They are scimpy on their items, at the cost of customer satisfaction.
