When I ordered the first time, they were out of items and instead of calling, I was just brought 1 of the 2 quarts and no banana split. I called the store and spoke with a really nice gentleman who substituted a couple of things to make me happy. So they redelivered and it was really good.

This was supposed to be double scoop of ice cream. There was barely one scoop and what was there was mainly melted. There was mostly bananas. When it comes to ice cream, all hot products should be on the side. But even the melted portion of my ice cream sundae did not equal up to one scoop... nor did the tiny portion that was still frozen.

Drivers should have coolers for ice-cream deliveries! I ordered 4 one scoop sundaes with hot fudge (on the side in separate containers). On one I asked for gummy worms, which they did not have. On another, I asked for peanut butter cup crumble, which they did not have. On another I asked for praline and caramel to be added. I can barely tell what's on that one because it's half way melted. All of these were options I selected from lists on the website! The driver told me about the items that the store did not have and listed what they did have. One was Oreo crumble, so I chose that one. The driver asked if I wanted it on all of them and I said "yes". I received two that were only one scoop of ice cream (one being the almost all the way melted). Two came with two scoops; the second scoop being Oreo cookie ice cream not Oreo cookie crumble. None of them were sundaes!!!

Have ordered several times. Orders have either been incomplete or canceled by the store every single time.
