I ordered the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Layered Sundae from Baskin Robbins, and what I received was honestly embarrassing.
Look at the pictures: one shows what I ordered, the other shows the sad excuse I was given. I would’ve understood if it was a melted mess if the whole sundae had actually been there — but this wasn’t even close to a full serving. It looked like maybe half a sundae, if that.
It was sloppily thrown together, mostly just a pool of peanut butter sauce with a few chunks mixed in. No visible layers, barely any ice cream, and absolutely nothing like what was advertised.
For the price, this was a complete ripoff. I won’t be ordering again.

The Banana Split had very VERY little banana. Ordered strawberry glazed topping and it was frozen hard strawberries. You know the doffe between strawberry that was frozen vs sitting on ice cream. Also the scoops were tiny! Not worth the price I paid at all

The scoops for the Brownie Sundae together did not equal one scoop. The Double Scoop, same issue, completely shorted

The past 2 times that I have ordered from here, I received less than what I paid for. I ordered two of the layered sundaes and both of the cups were half full when they arrived (and I'm not talking about melting!)
