I order 3 scoops with extra hot fudge. They clear just scraped the bottom of the container of the fudge. It sat on top of the ice cream and was hard and inedible.

I ordered 2 choc milkshakes/1 vanilla/ 1 butter pecan. Instead I received 4 butter pecan. While the shake was fine unfortunately those that were allergic couldn't enjoy one.

Sent the wrong ice cream and didn't have the topping that I paid for and the ice cream I tried to eat anyway tasted old and freezer burned, ended up having to trash it
