• 29/1/22The ice cream scoop was extremely small. you couldn't even recognize that there was 2 scoops in that small cup! For the price, I expected a better serving than that! Definitely wasn't worth the money.

on top of that they left off our freezer pack...
also missing hot fudge on 3 Scoop Sundae ...

• 28/12/25I ordered a Banana Split and 2 scoops of ice cream. It wasn't until the Dasher arrived that we were advised they were out of 2 of the 3 ice creams for the banana split and both of the flavors for the double scoop. We ended up with all vanilla for the banana split and I requested 2 scoops of vanilla with hard shell chocolate and Baskin Robbins responded with NO because I didn't order any toppings initially. Bad practices to not just be ok with a small topping when you accepted the order instead of declining it when you didn't have what was ordered.
